The room, just one floor below the rooftop restaurant, was a good size, kept very clean, and had a balcony that would be really nice in warmer weather. The staff throughout the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The location, slightly outside the busy shopping/tourist areas but with easy taxi access, offered a spectacular rooftop morning view of the city. The dining experience, from the covered rooftop breakfast area, was great especially the fresh orange juice. The facilities were top-notch with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and even a welcome drink available to guests.
